How to Renew your EFHA Membership

Your Privacy

We collect, use and store your personal data only as described in our EFHA Privacy Policy and in full compliance with the UK’s Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will retain your personal details provided to us with your consent, given here when you sign-up or renew, for the purposes of our legitimate interests in operating the EFHA. We will retain your data for the minimum period necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests in operating the association, for the purposes of fulfilling our contractual obligations to you, and as the legal basis of managing the membership of the association, as permitted under Article 6 of the GDPR. If you are in the UK you can pay by post. Send a sterling cheque for £7.50 to Jean, our Membership Secretary – address in Twissle Times. If you want your copy of the Twissle Times sent by post you must send a cheque, you cannot renew online. Postal copies will cost an extra £4 per year so you will need to send a cheque for £11.50.

Our preferred method is that you use your credit card at the secure GENfair site. GENfair is specifically designed to assist societies like ours. This will cost £8.50 because GENfair charge us £1.04 for the secure service they provide. The link to GENfair is lower down this page.

you may pay $12.95 US or its equivalent using your credit card at PayPal.

Important! If you pay online, you need to email our Membership Secretary to say you have paid and she will make sure that you receive the next copy of Twissle Times. This is to ensure we know who has paid because we have some members with the same name – lots of our members are called Entwistle! Please include your membership number if you know it or if it isn’t to hand, tell us your address.

We are mindful of security and confidentiality. We keep all members’ details totally secure and fully meet the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and the GDPR. We will not sell or pass on members’ details or e-mail addresses to any other organisations – that’s a promise!
